The apartment is situated in a quiet part of Grzybowo, right next to Nadmorska Street—one of the streets closest to the beach. It is located on the ground floor of the modern Sunset Resort building (east-facing balcony). Nearby, you will find numerous restaurants and shops (mainly open during the summer season), as well as a public transport stop.

A convenient path through the coastal dunes leads to a wide, clean beach, making the walk to the seaside just a few minutes long. The area is characterized by low-rise buildings, pine forests, and walking and cycling paths—ideal for guests seeking relaxation close to nature. The estate also features a large children’s playground, making the stay even more enjoyable for the youngest guests.
